FITMENT GUIDE for TS-PIPE 

YAMAHA (4-Stroke/2-Stroke): F115 (2013 and under ONLY, 1-2 Pipes), F150, F175, F200 (2022 and under-Applicable with modification ONLY-see Modification Section), F225, F250, F300, F350 (2-Pipe), XTO 425hp-450hp (2-Pipe), (VMAX/HPDI/SHO): VF150, VF175, VF200, VF225, VF250 (Applicable with modification ONLY-see Modification Section).

MERCURY (ProXS, 4-Stroke, 2-Stroke) 175hp, 200hp, 225hp, 250hp, 300hp (2 Pipe), Seapro 200hp-300hp (check some 300hp-350hp use Verado tilt/trim system and will need Mangrove Products TS-Block-2-Block), Verado (V8+V6) NOT Applicable (See TS-Block Gen2), Mercury Racing: NOT Applicable. 

SUZUKI (DF/SS) 140hp, 150hp, 175hp ,200hp (1-Pipe ONLY on Right/Starboard RAM), DF/SS 225hp, 250hp, 300hp, 350 hp (2-Pipe). Stealth Models: (Pending Testing).

HONDA (BF) 75 hp-225 hp (1-Pipe Right/Starboard Side ONLY) Note: 225 hp can use 2-Pipe but Left/Port Side TS-Pipe will need modification (see modification section), 250hp, 300 hp, 350hp (2-Pipe).

EVINRUDE E-TECH (H.O. 1st GEN) 140 hp-250 hp (1-2 Pipe) and HO (1st GEN) 300 hp (2-Pipe). Note: Some E-TECH models will need entry hole bored out to clear tilt/trim piston tip/head.

FITMENT GUIDE- Check your Trim: Trim limiters can cause fitment issues. The first way to check if this is engaged is to check if you are able to engage your maintenance latch. If latch can NOT be set, you have a trim limiter engaged. Next step is to measure from the tip of piston to contact point of engine bracket at full tilt up, this MUST be 9.25 inch to clear. If under 9.25 inch, next you will cut remaining excess rubber from TS-Pipe tip to correct desired fitment space. This is important to ensure correct fitment.

MOFIFICATION SECTION: YAMAHA (F-Series 4-Stroke or 2-Stroke (Year 2022 and under) and VMAX, HPDI, SHO) 150hp, 175hp, 200 hp, 225hp 250 hp (1-Pipe ONLY on Left/Port RAM-Modification Required. Cut 1/8 inch from side of base to slide past hydraulic reservoir). HONDA 225 hp if you want to run TS-Pipe on Left/Port RAM, cut 1/8 inch from side of base to slide past hydraulic reservoir).

SPECIFIC FITMENT for ST-STOPS: Our outboard steering locks fill fit 3/4 in. (19.05 mm), 25/32 in. (20 mm), and 7/8 in. (22.225 mm, NOTE: this size will fit very snug) hydraulic steering systems that utilize 4 inch rams. Compatible with Hydraulic Steering Brands include SeaStar, Protech, Silver Steer, and Uflex. NOT Compatible with Baystar, GoTech, and Vevor systems. Ensure each piston length is 4 in. when the outboard is centered for best fitment. Singular arm hydraulic systems are NOT compatible.

OUTBOARD MOTOR TRANSOM SAVER & STEERING STABILIZER SYSTEM
Protect your outboard motor, hydraulic steering system, and boat transom while trailering. The Mangrove Products trailering support system stabilizes the engine and keeps the steering cylinder centered to prevent violent sideways and vertical movement, reducing stress on the tilt/trim system and steering components during transport.

HEAVY-DUTY SHOCK ABSORBING MATERIAL
Manufactured using Mangrove Products’ proprietary high-compression EPDM rubber formula combined with a reinforced ABS / Polycarbonate hybrid outer liner. Designed to absorb road vibration and impact while maintaining structural strength with over 4,000 lbs. of compression (TS-Pipe) capacity to help protect your outboard motor when towing.

UNIVERSAL OUTBOARD & HYDRAULIC STEERING FITMENT
Compatible with many outboards from Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, Honda, Tohatsu, and Evinrude equipped with 3-RAM hydraulic tilt/trim systems. (ST-Stops) Steering stabilizers fit 3/4 in, 25/32 in, and 7/8 in hydraulic steering shafts with 4-inch rams, including systems from SeaStar, BayStar, ProTech, Silver Steer, GoTech, Uflex and others.

DUAL PROTECTION FOR TRAILERING YOUR BOAT
Unlike traditional transom savers or steering clips, this system protects both the tilt/trim piston and the hydraulic steering cylinder. The TS-Pipe supports the engine while the steering stabilizer (St-Stops) prevents unwanted steering movement, helping reduce strain on the transom and steering system during road travel.

FAST TOOL-FREE INSTALLATION
No drilling, straps, bolts, ropes, or brackets required. Simply tilt the engine up, insert the TS-Pipe into the tilt/trim piston, trim down to secure, then place the steering stabilizer onto the 4-inch hydraulic steering rams with the motor centered. Installation takes only seconds and removes just as quickly.

ENGINEERED FOR REAL BOATING CONDITIONS
Features include a (ST-Stops) 10-groove internal locking system for secure grip, wider base for improved stability, (TS-Pipe) recessed piston entry to protect seals, (ST-Stops) textured grip exterior for easy handling, (TS-Pipe) improved skeg clearance, and optional glow-in-the-dark liner for early morning or nighttime boat ramp launches.
